Terms of Service

1. Who we are

SprintLander ("SprintLander", "we", "us") is a software-as-a-service platform operated from Morocco that lets merchants generate, edit, and publish product landing pages with AI, and collect cash-on-delivery orders from their customers. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms.

2. Your account

You must provide accurate information when signing up and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use SprintLander.

3. Subscriptions and billing

SprintLander offers a free trial and paid monthly plans (Starter, Growth, Scale). Prices are shown on our pricing page and on the in-app billing page. Payments are handled through our payment partners; plans renew monthly until cancelled. Each plan includes a monthly quota of AI page generations. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

4. Your content and pages

You keep ownership of the product data, images, and text you upload, and of the pages you generate. You grant us the technical rights needed to host and serve that content. You are responsible for the products you sell through pages built with SprintLander, including their legality, quality, delivery, and customer service.

5. Acceptable use

• No illegal products or services, counterfeits, weapons, or drugs.
• No fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading offers.
• No content that infringes third-party intellectual property.
• No spam, malware, or attempts to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

6. AI-generated content

SprintLander uses AI to draft page copy from the product information you provide. You must review generated content before publishing; you remain responsible for what your published pages claim.

7. Service availability

We work to keep SprintLander available and fast, but the service is provided "as is" without warranties of uninterrupted availability. We may update or change features over time.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SprintLander is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost profits, or lost data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.

9. Termination

You can cancel your subscription and delete your account at any time. We may terminate accounts that breach these terms. Published pages of terminated accounts may be taken offline.
