This policy explains what data SprintLander collects, why, and how it is handled — both for merchants who use our dashboard and for shoppers who order on pages published by our merchants.
When a shopper submits a cash-on-delivery order on a merchant's page, we collect the fields in the order form — typically name, phone number, address, city, quantity, and selected variant — plus page-view counts. This data belongs to the merchant who owns the page; SprintLander processes it on their behalf so they can fulfil orders.
We do not sell personal data.
SprintLander runs on trusted infrastructure providers: Supabase (database and authentication), Vercel (hosting), and AI providers that process product text to generate page copy. Payments are processed by our payment partners (e.g. PayPal or a card-checkout provider); we never store card numbers. Merchants may add their own Facebook/TikTok pixels to their pages — those pixels are governed by the merchant's own privacy disclosures.
Data is transmitted over HTTPS and stored with per-account access controls (row-level security). Access to production systems is limited to the operator of the service.
Account and store data are kept while your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and its data at any time; published pages and their orders are removed with the account.
You can request a copy of your data, correction, or deletion by contacting us. Shoppers who want their order data removed should contact the merchant they ordered from, or reach us directly and we will coordinate with the merchant.
For any privacy question or request, email simo23ma@hotmail.com or message us on WhatsApp at +212 702 777 778.
