Refund Policy

1. Try before you pay

Every new account starts with a free trial that includes AI page generations — you can build, publish, and test real pages before paying anything. We encourage you to use the trial to make sure SprintLander fits your business.

2. 14-day money-back guarantee

If SprintLander isn't what you expected, you can request a full refund of your first subscription payment within 14 days of purchase — no questions asked, provided your usage in that period was reasonable (not a full month's quota consumed before requesting the refund).

3. Renewals

Monthly renewals can be refunded within 7 days of the renewal charge if you have not used the service during that new billing period. To avoid unwanted renewals, cancel any time before your renewal date — you keep access until the end of the period you paid for.

4. How to request a refund

Email simo23ma@hotmail.com or message us on WhatsApp at +212 702 777 778 from the account that made the purchase, with the word "refund" and your account email. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, normally within 5–10 business days depending on the payment provider.

5. What is not refundable

• Charges older than the windows above.
• Months of service already fully consumed.
• Accounts terminated for violating our Terms of Service.
